In November-December 2007, Thailand will celebrate 80th jubilee of King Bhumibol Adulyadej - the longest reigning monarch in the World. Bangkok will host the extraordinary “Muaythai World Championships 2007”. This special event will be organized under the umbrella of the International Federation of Muaythai Amateur (IFMA ), and the World Muaythai Council (WMC ). The biggest in the history of Muaythai sport competition will be held on November 27th to December 5th, 2007. Today Dubai Fight Academy confirmed to IFMA and WMC the members of UAE National Muaythai Team . This time nine athletes were selected during elimination matches between Emirates Muaythai gyms.

One month before the event the whole team will travel to Fairtex camp in Bangplee. Where under the guidance of Fairtex trainers the Arab fighters will work on their technique and get fit before World Championships. UAE National Muaythai Team is also provided by Fairtex with the premium combat sports equipment that have been engineered and battle tested for top performance.
