The muaythai morning workout session has become an institution at the SportAccord Convention with this year’s installment aptly called Good Morning Belek. From Dubai, to London, to Quebec, St.Petersburg and now Belek, the morning workout is growing in popularity year by year.

This year we welcomed over 50 participants from the world sporting community for the one hour workout along side the Turkish national team. The workout was conducted by IFMA President Dr.Sakchye Tapsuwan, IFMA General Secretary Stephan Fox, Sport Director Charissa Tynan, European Secretary Rafa Szalachta and the three head instructors of the Turkish national team. Participating delegates received a special certificate, a pair of gloves and Good Morning Belek T-shirt and were eagerly looking forward to next years’s edition.
