As in every IFMA events, outstanding awards were given at the closing of the 2015 IFMA Muaythai University World Cup, under patronage of FISU. This time, the honour of handing out awards went to the FISU Director of World University Championships, Paulo Ferreira, Director General of the Department of Physical Education of Thailand, Dr Patanachart Kridiborworn, and IFMA President, Dr Sakchye Tapsuwan.

The award for best boxer of the event went to Itai Uershon from Israel for outstanding performances. The best female boxer award went to Konkerd Siraprapha from Thailand. The best sportsmanship awards went to Danial Williams from Australia and Miklkaela Persson from Sweden. Thailand won the best team award, and the runner up was Russia.
