Exchanging sport education and culture is an important platform of the Olympic movement and FISU has done such an outstanding job since 1999. IFMA is truly proud to be recognised by FISU which is fully recognised by IOC and muaythai under IFMA has been included in the official FISU World Championships programme which is an important milestone for muaythai and IFMA.

Educational conferences have been organised between FISU and IFMA and this time the conference was organised in Sweden with over 500 muaythai delegates filling the conference room and FISU has delegated Mr. Erwin Apitzsch to the conference.

Dato Shanaz Azmi, the chairman of the IFMA Education Commission stated that these conferences are truly important to the development of muaythai and IFMA will continue to combine sport and education which is the platform of Olympism.
