IFMA President Dr. Sakchye Tapsuwan, who has served for nearly 20 years as AIBA Vice President, sends his best wishes to his old colleague, the President of the International Boxing Association Dr Ching-Kuo Wu who was re-elected to IOC Executive Board at the IOC Executive Board meeting in Rio.
