Muaythai made history in one of the most beautiful mountain regions of the world, Arosa, Switzerland.

Where in the world could you witness world-class muaythai on top of a mountain over 2000 meters above sea level?

Swiss Las Vegas, Blackhawk Contest AG, Kings Cup TV in conjunction with Arosa Tourism and one of the world’s most beautiful hotels, the Arosa Kulm, Joined forces to put on an amazing event in the King’s Cup Challenge series in which fighters from all over Europe convened.

The King’s Cup Challenge in Arosa kicked of with the first semi-final when Austria’s muaythai superstar Fadi Merza beat out Mit Demirz from Turkey securing his position in the final.

The second King’s Cup Challenge semi-final was Fabrice Ricconneau (FRA) VS Alex Braun (GER). In a high voltage war, the French contender took the decision securing his spot in the final against the Austrian.

The event was treated to many entertaining fights in wait for the King’s Cup Challenge final.

Contender Season 2 Swiss contestant Paolo Balicha took the win over Bosnian Djordje Stefanovic.

In the under 73KG super fight, Omar Amrani took the win over Florin Vintila from Portugal.

Next, Alex Vogel from Germany won over Diogo Calado from Portugal by point decision.

Then came time for the Super heavy weight fight between Ismail Lond from Holland VS Slavo Polugic form Switzerland. The Dutch giant to the win in a 2nd round KO.

Finally it was time for the King’s Cup Challenge Final pitting Merza against Ricconeau. Merza took the win securing his spot at the King’s Cup Tournament in Thailand in December 5th in honour of HM the King’s 82nd birthday.
