Petchake won the Channel 7 Championship Title by defeating Lerdpetch

 Lerdpetch lost in a TKO to Petchake who won the Bantam Weight title in a Suek Muaythai Channel 7 program on 17 April, 2011. From the beginning, Lerdpetch Sor Tor Monponthong was attacked with right and left punches from his less well-known opponent, Petchake. However, by the third round, Lerdpetch was doing well and the price was on him but after the referee called for a separation, he was attacked again with left kicks and punches as well as knees until he was finally knocked to the ground and lost in a TKO.
In Suek Muaythai Channel 7 on Sunday 17 April 2011 at the Channel 7 arena, the main fight was a Bantam Weight title fight between Lerdpetch Sor Tor Monponthong and Petchake Look Bor Kor in a 118-pound weight fight. The rate was on Lerdpetch at 7 to 4, and Thanawat Wongsasarn was the referee.
The first round ended with Lerdpetch leading 7 to 4 over Petchake. In the second round, Petchake was able to make the first move when he attacked aggressively with left kicks after waiting patiently for a chance to return the attack. Lerdpetch was also very patient and blocked the attack without launching a counter attack, which allowed Petchake to become more confident and continued to send a barrage of long left kicks to Lerdpetch.
However, Petchake was then able to take control of the fight and Lerdpetch was not able to block Petchake’s furious combination attacks of left kicks and punches. At the end of the round, the price for Lerdpetch was reduced to 5 to 3, even though he did not win the earlier rounds.
In the third round, Lerdpetch attacked continuously in such a way that Petchake was not be able to get out of his grip. The price now was 2 to 1. Petchake did not give up, however, and continued to attack the stomach and face of his opponent and as soon as he got his pace, he attacked Lerdpetch with left knees, sending Lerdpetch to the ground. The referee began counting and finally Lerdpetch lost in a TKO to Petchake, much to the surprise of the crowd. The referee then raised the hand of the new champion, Petchake, who won the (empty) title for this Channel 7 program.
For other match results, Kongjak Sor Tuanthong, who recently went out of the program, lost on points to Dechrit Popteeratham. Varapol Sor Sakdrin won on points against Mafuangnoi Chor Rojsurang. Kathapetch Sor Suradech won on points against Saenpetch Kiatpetchnoi. Dechudom Look Bor Kor lost by a TKO to Sane Sithorm in the fifth round. Sualek Or Bor Tor Namuangpetch won on points against Sermyos Tor Chucheep.
