Khan seminar in Poland, Łódź (19th JUNE 2011)
This course allow participants to get the knowledge which is necessary to carry out training courses for the degree of Khan in their clubs. The main organizer and presenter will Chris Grajek.
The program will divide into two sessions: theoretical and practical training, with degrees from the first to the sixth grade Khan. Our program will include typical Muaythai techniques i.e. (moving to position, hit, attack, elbows, knees, wrestling in the clinch). In the second part, we will demonstrate and discuss the methods of resisting the enemy attacks with knife or stick, as well as immediate self-defense techniques using the elements of Muaythai.
This course allow participants to get the knowledge which is necessary to carry out training courses for the degree of Khan in their clubs. The main organizer and presenter will Chrzysztof Grajek. He passed professional training during last year's World Muaythai Championships in Bangkok, where he received a 10th-degree Khan. In this way he can conduct examinations in Poland. Robert Karpinski, from the school of martial arts "Warrior" in Lodz, will assist him during the course. Chris Grajek will conduct classes on a high professional level. Syllabus was prepared good for each grade, this allowed each participant to learn easily about all technique issues, as well to improve their knowledge in their own clubs. His experience and knowledge was gained during his Thailand training, and this will bring the desired effect, and this can be confirmed by each seminar participant. The seminar will also attend by Rafał Simonides, who don't need special introduction. He will share his knowledge and experience.
