30.08.2011
Loukman defeats Kaew Kangwan in the fourth installment of the Muaythai Jed See programAfter being continuously attacked in the early stages of his fight, Loukman Fonjangchonburi combined clinches with strong attacks and thrusts to take the initiative against Kaewkangwan Phuhongtong near the end of the third round. Although Kaewkangwan was clearly weakening, he refused to give up. However, in the fourth round, Loukman sent a final kick that proved just too much for his opponent and Loukman won the fight by knock-out in this main fight of Muaythai Jed See on 14 August.

In Suek Muaythai Jed See on Sunday 14 August at Chaovalit Mor Krungthep Thonburi Hall in Putthamonthon 4, the main fight was between Loukman Fonjangchonburi and Kaewkangwan Phuhongtong (118 pounds). The referee was Mr. Surat Sroikrachang and the pre-match rate was on Kaewkangwan (draw).

The first round ended with a draw on Loukman. Before this, the two boxers had been fairly equal as they fought for dominance in the center of the ring. Loukman was attacked low down by his opponent but he managed to get up and retaliate with left kicks right away. Neither of the two boxers was giving up to the opposing side.

In the second round, Loukman ignited the attack by launching a left kick at Kaewkangwan who also fell down but managed to get up to launch an attack of his own in return, gaining a cheer from fans. However, he was pushed back by Loukman and the two then exchanged punches. Kaewkangwan was able to cover himself and also pushed forward and sent a counterattack but Loukman wouldn’t give up either. The round then ended with Loukman leading but by only 3 to 2 now.

In the third round, Kaewkangwan used his tricky footwork to confuse his opponent and also landed a powerful left kick which increased his chances of winning. He pushed Loukman, causing him to lose his balance and fall down. However, Loukman did not give up. The more he got attacked, the more he tried harder and fought back in return. Using his knee power, Loukman was now starting to give Kaewkangwan a hard time. Loukman had his tail up now and continued to send more attacks non-stop and the round ended with Loukman leading 30 to 1. Kaewkangwan did not look so good anymore.

In the fourth round, Kaewkangwan, who had been under severe attack near the end of the third round, could not get himself back in to the fight and was attacked relentlessly by Loukman’s knee jabs. Finally, the assaults proved just too much for Kaewkangwan and he slumped to the canvas. The referee called an end for the fight and Loukman won by TKO after finally getting ahead in the fight only at the beginning of the fourth round. These two boxers have fought one another all together 3 times with Loukman now holding the record of 2 wins and 1 loss.
