The Thai Senate delegation under the chairmanship of Mrs. Narumon Siriwat, visited the IFMA World Championships.

At the opening ceremony, the Chairman of the Senate’s Sports Committee expressed her gratitude to the Uzbekistan Government for organizing such a spectacular opening ceremony. She also said that she is extremely surprised on the popularity of the sport of Muaythai outside the country of Thailand.

In a special meeting with the IFMA leadership, she promised to go back to the homeland of muaythai and encourage the Thai Government to help IFMA with their roadmap to become IOC recognized.
