IFMA technical delegate for the 2014 IFMA World Championship has done the second inspection visit to Langkawi to meet with the LOC to finalise the layout of the competition venue, the exact field of play and all the important technical issues. Professor Paiboon stated that he is more than satisfied with the preparation especially as there will be around 2000 athletes, officials, Presidents of national federations, executive board members and many VIP making their way to Langkawi for this prestigious event. The official hotel will only be a minute from the venue and three minutes from the airport which will make the logistic easy for the officials as there will be an average of 120 fights per day in 3 rings. Another team meeting is planned in April, just one month prior to the event.
