The first-ever live professional Muay Thai & MMA fight night is booked to sell out the du Forum in Abu Dhabi. Organized by Hard Knox Fight Promotions, a local promotion company that also provides fight equipment and apparel in the local and international market, and are based in Abu Dhabi. They will introduce live professional Muay Thai to Abu Dhabi by producing two Middle Eastern title fights in the 5,000-capacity du Forum in Abu Dhabi.

Hard Knox Fight Night, Abu Dhabi’s first Professional Muay Thai event, is kicking off on March 7th with doors opening at 7pm. The event is supported by Affliction, Tourism Authority Thailand, , Cobra Fitness and du Forum.

Hard Knox Fight Night will feature international champions as well as local up and comers with a mixed card of Muay Thai and MMA.

One of our two main events match Australian Matt ‘Hard Knox’ McTavish 4 times WMC (World Muay Thai Council) Light Weight Titles, WKA and WKBF Queensland titles, against veteran Thai Orono Signchatchawan, already having over 150 fights and 30 of those going his way via knockout.

The second of our two massive main events has Milena Martinou from Cobra Fitness Abu Dhabi with 35 pro fights under her belt and her last two wins coming by way of second round knockouts, will face a very strong European opponent to be confirmed in the coming days pending contracts. Hard Knox Fight Night has a huge under card line up with fighters from UAE, Philippines, Ireland, Iran, Greece, Brazil, Oman and more fighting in full Muay Thai Rules, with a number of MMA bouts also scheduled.

Professional Muay Thai is yet to be seen in Abu Dhabi with all events currently being held in Dubai, the sport’s following is getting stronger every event. It’s now time to show that Abu Dhabi has more than enough supporters of the fight game. With the contender of each bout carefully selected, and knowing what they can do, along with their large fan base, means that tickets wont last long.
