This weekend, the WMC has two world class shows, with Slovakia being the venue for the WMC World title fight, Yodsanklai (THA) VS Moravcik (SVK). Globen Arena will stage the first leg of the Glory Super Series this weekend, May 26th, 2012. It was six months in planning, in order to get some of Europe’s best female fighters into one Fight Night, organised by Chitalada, sanctioned by the Finnish Muaythai Association and WMC, and the amateur fights sanctioned by IFMA. The WMC Female World title was a much anticipated fight between Valentina Shevchenko, 4 x IFMA World Champion and Sport Accord Champion from Peru, taking on. Valentina showed once again why she is definitely one of the best female fighters in the world, winning in a point decision. One of the biggest fight nights took place in one of Europe’s Muaythai power nations, when Sweden’s Alex Harris took on France’s own Aïello Batonon for the WMC Super Middle Weight title.
